Matt Woolnough
Personal Trainer
Matt has always had a passion for health and fitness, participating in numerous sports throughout his high school years and completing his degree in Exercise & Sports Science in 2010.

Matt is currently undertaking his Masters in Exercise Science (Strength & Conditioning) which he is set to complete at the end of 2012.

Matt also has had significant experience working with elite athletes from a variety of sports including the Carey Aquatic Tritons, Melbourne Storm, and Richmond Football Club.
